SUPPORT CONTRACT INFORMATION...

Pay as you go for occasional help.

You can pay as you go for assistance if the need arises, after your 90 day complimentary support

expires (new installs only). This "pay as you go service" is $150 per hour, and you are billed only for

 the actual time used. (Minimum charge is 5 minutes.)

 

Support with an agreement

Our second option is for extended person-to-person support. Our three month support contract can

be implemented for as little as $400 per quarter (single user license). Corporate contracts are

available at special rates.

 

Your best option for extended person-to-person support is our yearly agreement. One price buys a

year's worth of toll-free, priority-routed access for any of the registered SunType products you use.

 All emergency calls are returned immediately, of course, but routine calls are normally returned in

the order they were received UNLESS you have a support contract. Support contract customers'

routine calls go to the top of the list! Plus, we offer a 20% discount for the yearly support contract!

The support agreement covers telephone or e-mail support and 1 hour of programming per quarter,

 but does not include on-site support charges and expenses, if required. The contract does not

include any additional programming of reports or rates after the 1 hour of allotted time, or system

 setup – but it covers questions about how to do these things. It also doesn't include training for

 replacement personnel. This agreement also includes discount rates for on-site, if the need arises

and includes a preferred customer rates on billable time.

 

We also offer support  and upgrades for all Synaptic Micro Solution products.
