The Subscription Manager program thoroughly and efficiently handles all
functions of first, periodical and standard class mailing tasks. It also
offers features designed to help publications organize carrier distribution
and handles all billing and accounting tasks associated with subscription
sales.
Subscription Manager does everything its
name implies. It prints labels in USFS sortation order, within carrier
routes sorts them into walk sequence, automatically generates USFS 3541 form
with advertising percentage, weight and rate calculations, prints renewal
notices and invoices, tracks customer vacation addresses and supports
alternate billing/gift addresses.
Designed for the future, Subscription Manager also boasts features such as
the ability to handle
multiple lists and companies and the ability transfer customers between
these lists.
Subscription Manager is bar code capable and includes a full-feature label
generator, with one through five-up formats provided. It supports bar coding
for labels, renewals and bills and prints ZIP-plus-four and carrier routing
information.
Demographic analysis is possible with the Subscription Manager system, with
user-defined fields provided just for that purpose.
Analysis reports, including reports on rate code, audit bureau and payment
type statistics, are all part of Subscription Manager and make it much
easier for publications to – take control – of mailing lists and related
functions.
