Getting the text into SunType:

1. First with SunType open, press <ALT>-<ENTER> to reduce the screen to a Window.

2. Then start entering the ad order until you get to the screen for text entry.

3. Open the document containing the text of the ad in Word, Wordpad, Notepad or your email screen.

4. Select the text of the ad. Don’t worry about formatting.

5. Press <CTRL>-C, right click mouse and choose Copy, or use Edit, Copy from the menu to copy the text of the ad.

6. Go to the SunType screen and click on the little icon in the upper left corner of the window.

7. Choose edit and then paste. Add type macros as needed, especially the \A near the beginning.
